        Multiple Filtration System

        The filters remove pollutants from your drinking water in different stages using superior Sri Lankan coconut shell carbon blocks.

        • First, The water moves through the filter's pores, where the chlorine, metals and big particles are reduced.
        • Then the water is further purified through two separate stages of ionization filtration that take place as the water passes through the carbon block to your refrigerator.

        Shipping Policy

        At Purerdeep, we are committed to providing you with a hassle-free shopping experience, including our shipping and delivery policy.

        In general, we ship via UPS, USPS, and DHL. We only offer two types of shipping methods: 

        • Free shipping on orders over $49.99 5-8 business days 
        • Extra shipping fee $6.99 on orders less than $49.99 5-8 business days
        • Expedited shipping on US orders 3-4 business days (the shipping fee for each order is $9.99.) 
        • Remote Areas: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Extra shipping fee $20 on all orders 5-8 business days.

        All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

        Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your package's progress. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, our customer service team is always available to assist you. 

        Please note that shipping times may be impacted by factors outside of our control, such as weather, holidays, and shipping carrier delays. However, we will always do our best to ensure that your order arrives in a timely and efficient manner.

        If you received a tracking number via e-mail, it means that your order has been processed and shipped to the distribution facility. As soon as your tracking information changes from “On Its Way” to “In Transit”, it only takes about 3-4 business days or 5-8 business days to arrive for shipping. 

        We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at service@purerdeep.com.

        If we are unable to ship an item within the estimated time frame, we will contact the customer via email with a new estimated shipping date and the option to either wait for the item or receive a full refund.

        Please ensure that your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for the reshipment.

        Warranty Policy

        The standard warranty on the Purerdeep® leads the industry in water treatment systems for home use providing you with a full 1-year warranty.

        If for any reason the product proves to be defective within one year from the date of purchase. Please contact our customer service service@purerdeep.com for replacement instructions.

        Making a Warranty Claim
        To make a warranty claim you must

        • provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or similar proof that the product or products was or were purchased from us via this website; 

        • describe accurately the problem you have encountered and provide evidence (e.g. a photograph) to support your claim; 

        • state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
